limit operational disruptions and to minimize risk and
exposure during inclement weather .

Pointe Apartments - Newport Beach, California
The reroofing of this
breathtaking complex centered on the coast of Newport
Beach took over two (2) years to complete. The scope of
work included the removal of the existing tile, replacement
of the underlayment system and reinstallation of tile.
Extensive metal work was added to complement the roof
design.

Empire Distribution Center - Ontario, California
The roof removal and
replacement was completed for this 300,000 square foot
warehouse. The new system provided protection for the
valuable assets including inventory, equipment and the
building itself.
